In today’s world, our bodies are under constant pressure — from environmental toxins, food intolerance's, emotional stress, poor sleep, technology and fast-paced living. Over time, this build-up can overflow what we call the 'stress bucket,' leaving us feeling tired, reactive or out of sync. My approach to holistic health focuses on identifying and gently reducing that stress load, so your body can do what it’s naturally designed to do — restore balance, release tension and return to a state of vitality.


The “stress bucket” concept, also known as total body load, is an analogy that allows us to describe how a body can become overwhelmed, imbalanced and display signs and symptoms of dysregulation, but also how it can be realigned and balanced to support optimal function. 


Imagine the body as an empty cup at birth. Each stressor — emotional, physical, chemical or environmental — adds a little more to that cup. When the total remains manageable, the body’s natural regulatory systems can process and eliminate these stressors with ease. But as the cup fills over time, the body may struggle to keep up — eventually overflowing into imbalance, fatigue, or other symptoms.
 

As a qualified Bioresonance Practitioner, my work focuses on helping you “empty the bucket” by identifying and reducing the stress load your body is carrying. We can explore what’s contributing to that load — whether it’s physical toxins, food intolerance's, emotional patterns, lifestyle or environmental sensitivities — and guide your body back toward equilibrium.
 

Each session is uniquely tailored to you. This is not a quick fix, but rather a process of working with your body’s innate intelligence to restore harmony at both a physical and emotional level. Over time, this rebalancing can create a greater sense of calm, resilience, and vitality — allowing your body to do what it was designed to do: maintain balance and thrive.
